The transmission structure of the high-speed toothbrush tufting machine is composed of a main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are horizontal X axis, vertical Y axis, moulting Z axis and rotating A axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the orientation of the toothbrush hole, the A-axis plays the effect of replacing the next toothbrush, and the Z-axis plays the effect of replacing the toothbrush bristles.

When the main shaft motor (controlled by the frequency converter) works, the four electronically controlled servo axes will work together, and when the main shaft is stopped, the remaining four axes will be stopped. The rotation speed of the main shaft determines the speed of planting hair. The four servo axes respond to the request for harmonious driving, otherwise there will be the phenomenon of hair loss or uneven hair.

In order to prevent the above problems, the editor thinks that the following problems should be paid attention to when operating a high-speed tufting machine:

1. When the machine is started, do not open the door on the right side of the fuselage to prevent clothing and other objects from being caught in the belt.

2. Do not reach into the started machine.

3. Do not drop objects or other objects such as brush handles into the operating machine to prevent damage to the parts caused by the impact of the tufting head or the hair hooking knife.

4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent damage to other parts or poor quality products.

5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and smoothness of the machine.

6. Add clean 46-48# hydraulic oil to the fuel tank.

7. The oil cup of the intake filter and pressure regulator should be filled with vapor oil.
