General Introduction Of Trimming flagging machine
1) The trimming flagging machine is an all-in-one machine for trimming and marking. Trimming, is to cut off the broom filaments to make all the broom filaments flat; flaking, is to split the broom filaments into many small pieces, so that the split broom filaments can sweep dust more effectively.
2) Trimming and marking are controlled by separate switches. For some broom models, the marking function is not required, so the operator can turn off the marking function and use only the trimming function.
3) The blade of the trimming flagging machine is made of imported steel, which has good toughness and wear resistance. The blade can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, controlled by a switch mounted on the side. Remember, the operator should not place anything on the blade until the blade starts spinning.
4) The trimming flagging machine uses filament trimming brooms made of PP, PVC, PET, bristle, etc. Please note that the diameter of a single filament cannot exceed 1.2mm.
5) It is not allowed to use stainless steel wire, copper wire and other metal wires to trim the brush.
