Cause Analysis:
1. The drum clamp finger seat is not parallel up and down;
2. The distance between the target plate and the clip finger seat is unevenly adjusted in equal parts;
3. The force of the two fingers is inconsistent;
4. There is water on the container;
5. The clip refers to the loosening time too early or too late;
6. There is a tilt phenomenon in the installation of the standard box;
7. The standard box is not adjusted in place, the spring tension is too large or too small, resulting in unevenness, and the adjustment screw of the

standard box head is too tight and too loose.
Adjustment method:
1. Adjust the parallelism of the finger holder;
2. Adjust the unequal division of the clip finger seat to equal parts, and the adjustment of the distance between the clip finger seat and the target plate is consistent;
3. Adjust the synchronous force point of the two fingers;
4. Add air to blow off the water on the container;
5. Adjust the position of the clip finger cam;
6. Adjust the standard box to be flat, and the gap between the control bar at the head of the standard box and the standard paper is 0.3-0.5mm;
7. Adjust the cable box, guide bar and adjusting screw on the standard box in place.
